I only went for a general checkup but felt looked after and cared for and everything was explained in the highest of detail. Everything you should get for an NHS appointment was done and it didn't feel rushed. Sorted out a problem I had with no fuss at all. A great first experience

Called to register as emergency appointment needed, not had Dentist in England having moved from Scotland. friendly and efficient on phone this morning, got me booked in same day! never had that before, assisted me in the registration process when arrived, and then into the surgery... well, 30 minutes later, left with tooth repaired, no pain what so ever!
In trying to get an accessible appointment for my father I contacted this surgery. The dentist replied personally to give me details on how to register and personalised the service to my father's needs, meaning we only needed to attend the surgery once instead of twice. All the staff were very professional and courteous. The dental chair was state of the art and able to be adjusted to suit dad's needs. The examination, cleaning and filling were carried out very calmly, kindly and efficiently and the dentist engaged very well with dad.
Thank you all, especially one particular member of staff, very much for this, which made everything so much easier for dad and me as carer.
